YOUR ROAD INFO

Each Letter road B-G, including 1 road has its own representative whom works with those neighborhood volunteers to maintain that road. To contact your rep. please email  HawaiianAcresRoads@gmail.com

The goal of our road corporation is simply to bring our roads to rural agricultural standards. This means gravel roads that are safe to drive, do not flood and are accessible for the fire department, delivery drivers and school buses (Road 1 currently no buses are able to travel), all while keeping the fees affordable for lot owners.
Unfortunately at this time we have less than 5% of lot owner paying dues. Including the few generous donations and the transfer fees collected from lot sales (which exceed income from dues in 2025) , financially we are still barely able to maintain the Letter roads only which includes Road 1.

Each dump truck load of rock costs $500-$600, and covers 50-100 ft of road at best. Asphalt runs approximately $250/ ton (1/2 cubic yard) and is used to patch in areas where the rock tends to wash away too quickly. Although this is a more effective long term solution, it is more costly than rock and requires more money time and volunteers to apply. Even if everyone paid their dues, we would still not be able to afford effectively paving the roads.

Below is a color coded map showing how each road is divided. Dues and donations received from those lot owners are allocated specifically to that roads maintenance costs unless noted otherwise by the payee.
