Whether its fixing the road or managing the office work, our road cooperation is maintained 100% by volunteers.
Our board members and road representatives meet monthly to review financials information, plan road work and and make purchase orders for the materials needed. If your interested in becoming a part of the team please fill out an application and someone will contact you.

what we always need the most is hands on road maintenance. Whether its helping rake freshly laid gravel, shoveling asphalt or digging out drainage on side of the road, those who drive our roads know there’s always improvements to be made. If you have a tractor or machine your able to use , even better!

COMMUNITY SERVICE
If you have community service hours to report, were here for you. You dont need to be a lot owner or resident of Hawaiian acres to get credit for community service with us. Tasks would be to help maintain sides of roads by clearing brush, picking up trash and or helping to fix pot holes. Call or email for more inforamtion.
Our deeds say we own interest in the road lot. What does your interest in the road lot mean to you? Own a truck or trailer volunteer to Haul rock or asphalt Shovel and Rake with neighbors ADOPT A POTHOLE.

At the discretion and vote of the majority of the HARC Board, members in good standing can request HARC to pay for $200 of a load of gravel for numbered roads. The members pay for the balance of the load. Each numbered road is eligible only one time per year, if there are enough funds in the Emergency Funds account. This program has been suspended for the past 5 years due to insufficient numbers of due payers. The program may be initiated again if HARC acquires a minimum of 25% of lot owners paying dues. Contact your Road Representative for more information. The request for this $200 for particular portions of numbered roads is dependent upon the ability of adequate maintenance of the respective lettered road in order for a balance of funds to be available for “disabled” portions of numbered roads in most need of material.
