By-Laws
HARC is currently working with legal guidance to amend our bi-laws to reflect mandatory dues. We hope to complete this process and begin proper billing in starting 2026.
Current By-laws
**Amendments to 2022 Bi-Laws:
-August 2023- Members in Good standing approved via community vote to raise dues to $80/year beginning January 2024.
-October 2025- Board approved 10% increase to $88/year Beginning Nov 2025.
